• At bscents, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, you may request a return within 72 hours of delivery.
• Customers must inform our team at least 1 day before returning the product via WhatsApp at 0305-8222528.
• The perfume bottle must be returned with at least 90% quantity remaining and in its original packaging.
• Customers are required to share parcel images and an unboxing video for verification purposes.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
